Why most SEO retainers stall

Monthly SEO on a broken foundation is just monthly spending

Most agencies start publishing content in week one because it looks like progress. But if your pages have no keyword targeting, your site structure buries your best content, and nobody has checked what your competitors are actually ranking for, that content lands on ground that cannot hold it.

The sprint fixes the order of operations. Everything gets understood first, planned second, and built third. By the end of month three your site has a foundation that makes every future month of SEO worth paying for.

How the 90 days are spent

Roughly a fifth of the sprint happens before I touch your site

That ratio is the whole point. Most of the value in SEO comes from deciding correctly what to build, not from building quickly.

Day 1 Day 90
Days 1 to 20
Audit and strategy
Days 21 to 90
Implementation

Nothing gets implemented until you have read the strategy and approved it. If you disagree with the plan, we change the plan, not the invoice.

PHASE 01

Audit and strategy

Days 1 to 20
  • Full technical and content audit of your website
  • Competitor audit, including what they rank for and how they structure it
  • Keyword research and keyword mapping to specific pages
  • Analytics setup: Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity
  • A complete SEO and content strategy, written out and sent to you for approval
PHASE 02

Implementation

Days 21 to 90
  • Technical fixes across crawling, indexing, speed and Core Web Vitals
  • Content written and existing pages optimised against the keyword map
  • Internal linking plan built and applied
  • Schema markup strategy implemented
  • Site structure, web design and development changes handled by my team
What you own at the end

Not a report. A site that has actually been changed.

Plenty of SEO engagements end with a document. This one ends with the work done, and you keep everything that was built.

01

A site that search engines can read

Crawlability, indexing, structure and schema handled, so your pages are understood rather than guessed at.

02

Every page mapped to a keyword

No page left targeting nothing. Each one has a job, and no two pages compete for the same search.

03

Content that was actually written

New pages and rewrites produced and published, not handed to you as a list of suggestions.

04

Analytics you can read yourself

Search Console, GA4, Tag Manager and Clarity set up and connected, so you can check the numbers without me.

05

Design and development included

If a fix needs a developer or a page needs rebuilding, my team does it. You are not chased for a separate quote.

06

A documented strategy

The full plan in writing, including what was done and why, so any team can pick it up later.

Honest fit check

This is not the right thing for everyone

I would rather tell you now than three weeks in.

Good fit if
  • Your site has never had proper SEO work, or had it done badly
  • You are planning a redesign, which is the ideal moment to fix structure
  • You want to understand what is being done and why
  • You can commit to three months before judging results
  • You want the work executed, not just recommended
Not a good fit if
  • You need leads inside 30 days. SEO cannot do that honestly
  • You want guaranteed rankings. Nobody can promise those
  • You want backlinks first. That comes later, and there is a reason
  • You want to approve every task individually rather than a strategy
  • You are looking for the cheapest option available
Month 4 onwards

Backlinks come after the foundation, not before it

Building links to a site that is not structured to convert that authority is spending money to prop up a weak page. Once the foundation is in place and we can see how the site is actually performing, ongoing work begins, and that is when link acquisition enters the plan.

Continuing is optional. If you want to take the foundation and run it in house after month three, that is a completely reasonable outcome and you will have everything you need to do it.

Investment

One price, three months, everything included

The final number depends on the size of your site and how much build work is involved, so it gets confirmed after we have spoken. There are no separate charges for content, design or development inside the sprint.

Starting from
PKR 135,000 / month

Billed monthly across the three month sprint. Audit, strategy, content, design, development and implementation are all covered.

Questions

The things people ask before signing

Because implementing the wrong things quickly is worse than implementing the right things a few weeks later. The audit tells us which pages matter, what your competitors are winning on, and where your site is losing signals. Without that, any work done in week one is a guess that you pay for.

Links pass authority into your site. If your structure, targeting and content are not sorted, that authority lands on pages that cannot use it. Fixing the foundation first means every link built later is worth more. Link acquisition begins from month four, once we can see how the site is performing.

Then we skip it and spend that time elsewhere. The audit establishes what already exists before anything gets planned. You will not be charged to rebuild something that is already working.

No. Design and development are handled by my team as part of the sprint. If you do have a developer, I am happy to work alongside them instead. Either way you are not left holding a list of fixes with nobody to apply them.

Often yes, particularly on technical and indexing improvements which can move quickly. But the sprint is built to make month four onwards productive, not to spike a number by month three. Anyone promising you guaranteed rankings in 90 days is guessing.

No. The sprint has a defined start and end. If you want to continue into ongoing SEO from month four, we can. If you want to take the foundation in house, everything is documented and handed over.

It depends on the size of your site, how much content needs writing, and how much design or development work is involved. A small brochure site and a large ecommerce store need very different amounts of effort. We scope it on the call and you get a fixed number before anything starts.

Next step

Let us look at your site together

A short call, no pitch deck. I will tell you whether the sprint is the right thing for your site, and if it is not, I will tell you that too.
